<Screening Project: Dongshisangyoung> is a series of screening exhibitions that introduces video works by contemporary artists. The 17th show, “Contact the Shadow '' presents the films of three artists from around the globe whose works explore psychological contact with others through linking the direct and indirect experiences. Reflecting the questions of trauma or identity, the works seek for ways of understanding and empathy.
“Contact the Shadow” will take place at <Seochon Guesthouse> located in a historic town where past meets present in the northwest of downtown Seoul near Gyeongbokgung palace. We hope the works resonate with the warm atmosphere brought by the old and beautiful Hanok architecture.
